Every product purchased from Goods.am website (except for the products, which, according to the RA legislation, are not subject to return or replacement) can be returned under the following conditions։

• It is necessary to check the condition of the product device in the presence of the courier. If the delivered product does not correspond to the description of the website, damaged or has another defect, the buyer has the right to return it. In this case, no fee is charged for the delivery service.
• If the delivered goods are in good condition and fully correspond to the description of the site, but the customer for some reason wants to return it to the courier, in this case you need to pay for the delivery service - 2000 drams in Yerevan and 3000 drams in the regions, if the delivered goods are considered oversized, For considered goods, the delivery amount is paid in full.
• If the customer wants to return the goods after the courier leaves, it is necessary to bring the goods to the office within 14 days with the relevant documents. The amount charged for delivery is not refundable.
