The weld seam maintains high impact toughness and does not crack even at low temperatures down to -40°C. A minimal amount of diffusible hydrogen prevents the formation of crystallization cracks.

Welding should be performed with a short arc, using an industrial inverter: three-phase 380 V or a powerful 220 V. Dry the electrodes in an oven at 350-400°C for 60-90 minutes. Permissible humidity: up to 0.3%.
