These rotating head shears are designed for working in places where a lawn mower can't reach (e.g., around trees, under fences). The shears feature a 360° rotating head, allowing you to cut grass at various angles: horizontally, vertically, or at an angle.

The main advantage of this model is the angle adjustment thanks to the rotating mechanism and spring. Grasp the special blade head and rotate. The horizontal position is convenient for leveling the grass, and the vertical position is for precise and accurate trimming of lawn edges.
