This deep 1-liter bowl is designed for preparing dough, creams, and sauces using a mixer or blender. Its high sides prevent liquid mixtures from spilling. The high, inward-sloping sides retain liquid even when the mixer is running at maximum speed.

The top of the bowl has extended edges that serve as comfortable handles, and a special spout allows you to carefully pour mixtures or liquids into molds without spilling.
