The game teaches children:

Color sorting. The child must find which bead corresponds to which fruit (for example, purple beads correspond to grapes).

Quantity perception. Each fruit has a different number of holes (avocado: 1, cherry: 2, apple: 3, etc.). This teaches children to count to 10.

Fine motor development. Picking up beads with tweezers and carefully inserting them into holes develops finger muscles and hand-eye coordination.
